Hampton Estate Planning Attorney

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

David A. Burley

I am originally from a small town in the middle of Ohio. My dad was stationed here at Langley Air Force Base (now Joint Base Langley-Eustis) while I was in elementary school. I enjoyed my time here so much that I selected it as my first option for permanent duty when I myself joined the ranks of the greatest air power in the world. After completing two enlistments I decided to pursue my childhood ambition of becoming an attorney (a goal set from too many Matlock and Perry Mason reruns as a child). After completing my JD at Regent University I accepted a position as in-house counsel for a medium sized government contracting company. It was during this tenure that I realized that providing service as legal counsel is more than just advising on law. It gave me a perspective of how other client’s needs impact their overall well-being. This is why I enjoy the collaborative and holistic approach to planning both for estates and corporate matters.

I live in downtown Hampton with my beautiful wife and two of my three children (the oldest being in attendance at The Ohio State University).
